Effective date: July 3, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how ReefProof (“ReefProof,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and protects information when you visit reefproof.com (the “Site”). By using the Site, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

Who We Are

ReefProof is an independent reef and saltwater aquarium resource. We publish practical guides and reference material on tank setup, cycling, coral care, fish and livestock, water chemistry, equipment, and maintenance for hobbyists. The Site is operated by Global Access Holdings, based in Atlanta, Georgia, United States. ReefProof is not affiliated with, or endorsed by, any manufacturer, retailer, or brand we may reference in our content.

Information We Collect

We collect only the information needed to operate the Site and respond to you:

  • Information you provide. If you contact us through a contact form or submit a comment, we collect the information you choose to share, such as your name, email address, and the content of your message.
  • Analytics data. We collect aggregated, largely anonymized data about how visitors use the Site, such as pages viewed, referring sources, approximate location, and device and browser type.
  • Log data. Like most websites, our servers automatically record standard log information, including your IP address, browser type, operating system, the pages you request, and the date and time of your visit.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to respond to inquiries and comments; to operate, maintain, and secure the Site; to understand how our content is used so we can improve it; to detect and prevent spam, abuse, and technical problems; and to comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information.
